Open `Widget` in the workspace. The form on the left changes the widget, and the preview on the right updates as you edit it.

## Change the widget

- `Widget image` lets you `Upload image`, `Replace image`, or `Remove image`. Use PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MiB. Square images work best. Each side can be up to 2048 pixels, with a maximum of 4 million pixels total.
- `Color` accepts a color picker or a three- or six-digit hexadecimal value such as `#0f766e`.
- `Position` can be `Bottom right` or `Bottom left`.
- `Title` is the heading visitors see in the chat panel.
- `Greeting` is the first message visitors see.

Select `Save changes` after editing. Look for the `Settings saved` confirmation.

Write a greeting that tells customers what to ask, such as "Ask about setup, billing, or shipping." For general questions, the widget uses the pages in your [help pages](/docs/knowledge-base/add-your-site).
