Connect one Shopify store to Rinhelp. Your team can check order status and tracking. Customers and teammates can request refunds, but a teammate must approve each refund in the shared inbox before money moves.

## Connect your store

Before you begin, have the store's `myshopify.com` domain and permission to install an app.

1. Open `Settings`, then `Integrations`.
2. Find `Shopify` and select `Connect`.
3. Enter the Shopify store URL or domain, such as `your-store.myshopify.com`.
4. Select `Continue to Shopify`.
5. Complete Shopify's authorization screen.
6. Return to Rinhelp and check for `Shopify is connected.`

If a store is already connected, select `Reconnect` to connect it again. You can connect one store to each workspace.

## Look up an order

To find an order, enter the order number shown to the customer and the email address used for the order. Rinhelp shows its status and tracking information without changing the order.

## Handle a refund

Create a request, then review it before approving:

1. Select `Request refund` in the inbox and enter `Order number`, `Email on the order`, and, if needed, `Amount (optional)` and `Reason (optional)`.
2. Select `Send to inbox`.
3. Open the new refund request in the inbox and check `Amount`, `Status`, `Reason`, and `Requested by`.
4. Choose `Approve and refund` to send the refund to Shopify, or `Reject` to close the request without refunding the order.

If the status is `executing`, do not approve it again. Select `Check Shopify status` first. Shopify may have received the refund even if Rinhelp could not confirm the result.

For the terminal and AI-client versions of these actions, see the [tools reference](/docs/tools). For the rest of the inbox, see [Reply to customers](/docs/inbox/reply).
