Quickstart
Put a grounded Rinhelp widget on your site in three steps.
1. Add a public source
In your workspace, add the URL of the site Rinhelp should learn from. Start with the homepage or a docs index. Rinhelp follows public links on the same host and stores the page content for retrieval.
Keep the source focused on pages that are safe for visitors to read: product docs, pricing, policies, and help articles. Do not use a private dashboard or a URL that requires a login.
2. Configure the widget
Choose the widget title, greeting, color, and position. Ask a real question in preview and check that the answer cites the page you expect.
3. Install one script tag
Paste the publishable key from the widget settings into your site:
<script src="https://widget.rinhelp.com/widget.js?key=rhpk_YOUR_PUBLISHABLE_KEY" async></script>
The widget is visitor-facing. Your team works from the shared inbox in the Rinhelp workspace.
Before you launch
- Test a question whose answer is clearly present in your source.
- Test a question that your source cannot answer and confirm the agent says so.
- Follow a citation back to the source page.
- Open the inbox and confirm the conversation appears there.
