Test and improve answers

Check answers before customers use the widget.

Use the preview on the Widget page to try customer questions. Preview messages do not create inbox conversations.

Test an answer

Open Widget in Rinhelp.
Ask a question in the preview on the right.
Check the answer for accuracy.
Open its source link and confirm the page supports the answer.

Also ask a question your pages do not cover. Rinhelp should say it cannot answer instead of guessing.

Fix a missing or outdated answer

Update the relevant page on your website, then add the website again in Sources. Wait for the pages to be ready and repeat the question.

Changing the greeting or widget color does not change the information Rinhelp uses for answers.

Test chat on your website

After installing the widget, open your site in a private browser window and repeat the question.

To test a reply from your team, ask for a person, select Talk to a human when offered, and submit the requested email and note. Find the Waiting chat in Inbox and send a reply.
