Website URL. - Select

Update an answer
- Correct or add the information on your public website.
- Return to
Sourcesand add the same website address again. - Wait for the updated pages to be ready.
- Test the customer question again in

Put the answer under a clear heading. Include any limits or exceptions alongside it so customers get the full answer.
Find a missing page
Rinhelp follows links on the same website domain and checks its sitemap, the site’s list of page addresses.
- Open the missing page in a private browser window to check that it needs no login.
- Link to it from a page Rinhelp can already find, or include it in the sitemap.
- If it is on another domain or subdomain, add that website separately.
After fixing the issue, add the website again and check the page list.
