AI Agent
Answers from your pages. Stops when they are not there.
A visitor asks in chat. If your site has the answer, they get it — in their language, with a link to the page. If it does not, they get a clear no, and you get a thread worth writing next.
question
How do I reset my password?
answercited
Open the sign-in page and choose “Forgot password”. A reset link is sent to the email on the account, and the link expires after 60 minutes.

What visitors see
A cited reply, or a clean stop.
When the pages support the question, the reply names them. When they do not, the agent says so instead of inventing a policy. You see both outcomes in the inbox.

Website crawling
Paste a URL. Rinhelp finds the pages that matter.
step 01
Discover
It starts from the URL you give it, follows the sitemap when one exists, and stays on that host.
step 02
Index
Useful pages become searchable chunks, with titles and URLs still attached so later answers can cite a real page.
step 03
Refresh
When the site changes, run the source again. The agent answers from the latest index, not a snapshot you forgot to update.
Language
Answer in the language the question arrives in.
A shopper can ask in Spanish and get a Spanish reply from the same English product pages. You do not maintain a second help center. The facts still have to be in the pages you indexed.
Human handoff
When the agent should stop, a person can take the thread.
If the visitor asks for a human, or the content cannot carry the question, Rinhelp collects an email and writes a dossier. Follow-up is over email. The chat does not pretend someone is sitting in the widget.
Questions
Before you try it
Does Rinhelp crawl my whole website?
Rinhelp crawls the host you give it, using the sitemap when one exists, and indexes the pages that are useful for support answers. It stays on the same site. You can re-run a source when the content changes.
Can the AI agent answer in multiple languages?
Yes. Rinhelp answers in the visitor’s language from the same indexed pages. You do not need a translated help center. The facts still have to appear in the sources you indexed.
Does every answer include a citation?
Supported answers include citations back to the source page. If retrieved evidence does not clear the confidence threshold, Rinhelp declines instead of producing an unsourced claim.
What happens when the agent does not know?
It says it cannot answer and flags the conversation in your inbox. That unanswered thread is also a content gap: the next page worth writing.
Can visitors reach a human?
Yes, through an async handoff. Rinhelp collects an email and a short note, then builds a dossier from the chat so a teammate can follow up. It is not a live helpdesk with tickets and SLAs.
Is this a general-purpose ChatGPT widget?
No. Rinhelp answers from your indexed website, not from broad model knowledge. That is why citations and refusals exist. The agent is useful because it is constrained.
