A Custom Liquid block, a Webflow embed, or a footer snippet is enough. There is no app store install. The agent still only answers from indexed pages — install is not order lookup.

How do I add Rinhelp live chat to my website?
Style the widget in the Rinhelp console, copy the generated script tag, and paste it into your site. One asynchronous line is the full install.
Can I customize the chat widget?
Yes. Color, launcher position, title, description, and greeting are all console settings. You can preview the live agent before you publish the snippet.
Do I need to write frontend code?
No. The widget is hosted. There is no package to install and no component to render in your app unless you want a custom mount later.
Will the widget break my site’s CSS?
The chat mounts in a shadow root with bundled fonts, so your stylesheet and the widget stay isolated from each other.
Is there a Shopify app?
Not yet. Add the script in a Custom Liquid section, the same way you would on Webflow or WordPress.
Does live chat stream the answer?
Yes. Replies stream into the panel as they are generated. Citations appear with supported answers. If confidence is too low, the visitor sees a clear fallback instead of a guess.
