Stripe questions

Anything else? Talk to the founder.

What is the purchase check?

Before Rin shares or acts on a payment, the customer gives the receipt number and the email on it. Both must match, or Rin hands off.

Does Rin see card numbers?

No. Rinhelp reads customers, subscriptions, invoices and payments with a restricted key, and never asks for card numbers.

Can a subscription be cancelled right away?

Not from Rinhelp. Cancels take effect at the end of the period, after a teammate approves.

Which plan do I need?

Stripe works on Free and Pro.
