Things to ask
Plain requests. Claude works out which Rinhelp tools to use.
What Claude can do as you
The same as you, minus the things that need a second look.
Claude questions
Anything else? Talk to the founder.
Do Claude’s replies count toward my AI replies?
No. Only Rin’s replies count. What Claude sends as you is free, on both plans.
Can Claude refund a customer?
It can ask. The refund waits in the conversation as an approval until a teammate approves it.
Does Claude work when I’m not chatting with it?
Claude acts when you ask it to, or when a Claude routine wakes it. Routines are in research preview on paid Claude plans. For an AI agent that works the queue on its own, connect Hermes or your own agent, which gets a Rinhelp webhook when a conversation needs it.
