Approvals

AI does the work. Your team approves anything that can’t be undone.

Rin and your AI agents can look up orders and payments. When one asks to refund or cancel, it waits in the conversation until a teammate decides.

I was charged twice for order 4471.

The receipt and email match. I’ve asked the team to approve a refund of $42.00 for the second charge.

From question to refund

An approval is never a surprise to the customer, or to your team.

Purchase check

The customer gives the receipt number and the email on it. Both must match before Rin shares or acts on an order.

Rin confirms

Rin repeats the exact request back: which order, how much, and why.

Approval in the conversation

The request waits with its facts. Any teammate can approve or reject it.

Done, and logged

The refund or cancel runs in Shopify or Stripe, and the decision stays in the timeline.

Nothing moves until someone does.

There’s no setting that lets an AI refund on its own, and no timeout that approves for you. Every decision has a name on it.
