Acceptance

How these terms apply

By accessing Rinhelp, creating an account, connecting a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Rinhelp for a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If a separate order form, pilot agreement, or other written commercial agreement applies between you and Rinhelp, that agreement controls over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

Service description

What Rinhelp provides

Rinhelp is a B2B SaaS product for AI support diagnosis. Rinhelp starts from a support thread, gathers connected technical context, and returns a diagnosis draft or investigation draft for internal review.

Rinhelp is designed to help with technical issue diagnosis, not to autonomously fix customer systems, write to customer databases, or send customer-facing replies without review.

Accounts and workspace duties

What you are responsible for in your account

Account security

  • Keep login credentials and workspace access secure.
  • Notify us promptly about unauthorized access or security incidents.
  • Make sure the people using your workspace are authorized to do so.

Connected systems

  • Connect only systems and data you are authorized to connect.
  • Use least-privilege credentials where applicable.
  • Review outputs before taking action on them.

Acceptable use

What you may not do

  • Use Rinhelp in violation of law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, abuse, overload, or reverse engineer the service beyond what law permits.
  • Use the service to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
  • Use Rinhelp to build or train a competing service from confidential outputs or service internals.
  • Misrepresent generated output as guaranteed fact without your own review.

Intellectual property

Who owns the service and the materials in it

Rinhelp and its licensors own the service, including the software, design, branding, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

You retain ownership of your data, workspace content, and connected-system data. You grant Rinhelp the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and analyze that data to operate the service for your workspace.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Payment and billing

How paid plans work

Rinhelp may offer paid subscriptions, including per-workspace monthly plans and investigation-volume bands. Fees, plan limits, billing cadence, and any pilot or discount terms will be described in the pricing page, order form, invoice, or other commercial terms provided to you.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable, and exclude taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges other than taxes based on Rinhelp’s net income.

We may suspend or limit access for overdue amounts after reasonable notice, subject to any separate written agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The limits of the service and our liability

Rinhelp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for every workflow, or that every diagnosis draft will be correct.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, deciding whether to act on them, and confirming that any operational, customer, or engineering action is appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rinhelp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rinhelp’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Rinhelp for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

When access can end

You may stop using Rinhelp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that could harm Rinhelp, other customers, or third parties.

Sections that should survive termination by their nature, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.

Governing law

How disputes are handled for now

If you have a separate order form or written commercial agreement with Rinhelp, the governing law and dispute terms in that agreement control.

If no separate agreement applies, this section is a placeholder pending final legal review. Before broad public launch, Rinhelp should publish a final default governing-law and venue position for customers who use the public self-serve terms.

Changes

How these terms may change

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Rinhelp after revised terms take effect means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
