About
A support agent that answers from your pages, then stops.
Rinhelp is an AI customer support agent for teams that already have answers on their website and need a way to serve them in chat — with citations, and with a refusal when the pages are not enough.
What Rinhelp is
Rinhelp crawls a website you point it at, indexes the pages worth answering from, and puts a hosted chat widget on that site. A visitor asks a question. If the indexed pages can support an answer, they get it in their language, with a link to the page. If the pages cannot, the agent says so instead of guessing.
The product is deliberately narrow. It is not a helpdesk, not a ticket queue, and not a personality layer on a general-purpose model. It is a support surface on a short leash: it reads your site, answers from it, cites it, and stops at the edge of it.
Who builds it
Rinhelp is built by Wilbert Liu, an independent product builder. He previously founded and sold Browserhub, Feedbackpaw, and Mumu. Rinhelp is the current product: grounded support for teams that need coverage before they have a support operation.
The design bias is visible in the product. Every supported reply has to earn a confidence threshold. Misses are flagged in the inbox so you can see which page to write next. Unresolved conversations are free.
Who it is for
Technical founders who want a support surface without inheriting an AI stack. Small SaaS teams whose docs already cover the repeated questions. eCommerce brands that need sizing, shipping, and returns answers from published pages, in the shopper’s language.
It is not for order status, tracking, or anything that needs account data the website does not publish. It is not a replacement for a mature support team with SLAs and ticketing. Those jobs need different software.
How to start
Create a workspace, add the site you want Rinhelp to learn from, style the chat, and paste one script tag. The 14-day trial does not require a credit card. Pricing, feature pages, and the changelog are public.
