A calmer inbox that fits more on screen
The app now sits on one white sheet beside a slim rail and sidebar, so more conversations fit without feeling crowded.
Rail and sidebar
A slim rail on the left switches between Inbox, Help center and Settings. Next to it, the sidebar lists that area’s views and pages, and your work sits on one white sheet. Get started sits at the bottom of the sidebar, with five squares that fill in as you finish each step.
Conversations
Rows lead with the customer’s question, then name the customer and who has it. A row with a refund or cancellation waiting says Approval waiting.
In a conversation, messages from one sender group together under one name and time. The reply box floats at the foot of the thread, and the customer’s details sit in their own column, or open as a drawer on smaller screens.
On your phone
A tab bar at the bottom switches between areas, and a menu at the top picks the view. See Work the inbox.
