Rin shows where every answer came from. A single source reads From: with its title, and two or more fold into one button that opens the list. Opening an article scrolls the chat widget straight to the passage Rin used. Pages of your website open in a new tab.
Who has the conversation
The closed chat button follows the latest conversation: it changes when a teammate takes over, and back when Rin does. When Rin hands off, the conversation says Passed to the team. Asked whether it’s a person, Rin says it’s an AI and that it can pass the conversation to your team.
A cleaner chat widget
The chat widget now uses the same calm grays as the app, with one height for every control and larger buttons and fields on phones. An email address that isn’t valid shows the problem right under the field.
