Approvals
Approvals in the rail, or the tab bar on your phone, lists every waiting approval with who asked, when, and its conversation. Some requests, like an AI agent deleting an article or removing a teammate, have no conversation. If one still waits after about a minute, Rinhelp now emails the teammate whose AI agent asked, or your owners.
Decide in your AI agent’s chat
When your AI agent’s app supports it, a request that needs approval now asks you right in that chat. Pick a decision, add an optional note for your team, and you’re done. Close it to decide later from the app. AI agents that use an API key always send the link instead, so nothing approves itself.
