See what Rin is doing while it answers

Instead of three dots, customers now see what Rin is doing, like “Searching for answers…” or “Reading” an article, and its answer appears word by word.

Steps as they happen

While Rin works on an answer, the chat widget shows each step: Looking into it…, Searching for answers…, Reading with the article or page title, Checking your purchase… or Passing your request to the team…. A soft wave runs through the words, and each step stays long enough to read.

Answers that flow

Rin’s answer appears word by word at an even pace, character by character in Chinese and Japanese, instead of in clumps. Test Rin under Settings > Chat widget shows the same steps and streams its answer too.
