Move from Richpanel to Rinhelp

By , founder of Rinhelp · Facts checked · Markdown for AI agents

Richpanel conversations, with private notes and attachment links, come over its Enterprise-only API or its official MCP. No call lists every ticket, so the AI agent fetches conversations one customer at a time by email or phone.

ConversationsTime to read them from Richpanel
1,000about 17 minutes
10,000about 3 hours

Limit used: 60 requests a minute (MCP, shared by your whole company), about 1 per conversation. Rinhelp takes up to 3,000 conversations a minute.

Free. Importing never emails your customers, never runs Rin and never counts toward a plan.

Needs a person. The API needs Richpanel’s Enterprise plan and an API key from “Settings” → “Integrations” → “API Keys”. Give the AI agent a list of your customers’ emails or phone numbers to look up.

Connect Richpanel’s official MCP at mcp.richpanel.com and follow https://rinhelp.com/migrate/richpanel.md to read my conversations into Rinhelp. Only read: don’t close tickets or send replies, and remember its 60 requests a minute are shared by everyone on my team.

Questions

I’m not on Richpanel Enterprise. Can I still move?

Possibly, through Richpanel’s official MCP, which signs in with OAuth instead of an API key. Richpanel doesn’t say which plans include it, and it allows 60 requests a minute for your whole company, so a long history takes a while.

Why does the AI agent need a customer list from Richpanel?

Richpanel has no call that lists every ticket. It finds conversations by a customer’s email or phone, so the AI agent looks up each customer in turn.

Will my Richpanel tags keep their names?

Yes. Richpanel returns tag IDs, so the AI agent looks up each name and adds the same tags in Rinhelp.
