Move from Zoho Desk to Rinhelp

By , founder of Rinhelp · Facts checked · Markdown for AI agents

Zoho Desk tickets with their threads move to Rinhelp, and articles come from your public help center. Zoho publishes no per-minute limit; it hands out daily API credits by edition instead, so a large history can take more than a day.

Limit used: no per-minute number (no per-minute limit, daily credits), about 2 per conversation. Rinhelp takes up to 3,000 conversations a minute.

Free. Importing never emails your customers, never runs Rin and never counts toward a plan.

Needs a person. Someone in Zoho Desk sets up an OAuth token for your AI agent. Tell it your edition, since that decides both the daily credits and how many requests can run at once.

I haven’t found an official Zoho Desk MCP server, so read https://rinhelp.com/migrate/zoho-desk.md and copy the articles from my public Zoho Desk help center into Rinhelp. Then tell me which of my tickets would need a full import from a coding agent.

Follow https://rinhelp.com/migrate/zoho-desk.md to move my full Zoho Desk history with an OAuth token. Keep requests under my edition’s concurrency cap and watch the credits left for the day. If they run out, stop and pick up after the 24-hour reset in our data center’s timezone.

Questions

Will Zoho Desk’s daily API credits run out mid-move?

Zoho publishes no per-minute number, so the pace is set by your daily credits. Professional starts at 75,000 a day plus 500 per seat, and heavier calls cost more than one.

Why did the import stop partway through the day?

Your Zoho Desk credits most likely ran out. They come back 24 hours later in your data center’s timezone, and your AI agent picks up where it stopped.

Can my AI agent run many Zoho Desk requests in parallel?

Only up to your edition’s cap: 5 at once on Free, 10 on Standard, 15 on Professional and 25 on Enterprise.
