AI agents know their way around
Rinhelp now tells your AI agents how to work as your teammate, names every action plainly, and lets them list the questions Rin couldn’t answer.
Clearer actions
Every action an AI agent can take now has a plain title, and actions that only read are marked, so apps like Claude can run them without asking you each time. When an AI agent connects, Rinhelp tells it how to work: act as the teammate who connected it, answer from your knowledge, and leave approvals to your team.
Knowledge gaps
AI agents can list the questions customers asked that Rin had nothing to answer from, page by page, so they can help you write the articles you’re missing.
Fixed
AI apps on an older version of MCP could list Rinhelp’s actions but every action failed with “Connection terminated”. They now work.
