Article addresses you can read
Every help center article now has an address made from its title, and its old addresses still lead to it.
An article’s address now ends with its title, like /articles/…-reset-your-password, so customers and search engines can tell what it’s about before they open it. Titles in any script keep their letters.
Old addresses, and the address from before a rename, take customers straight to the current one, so links you already shared keep working and search engines keep one page per article. Rin’s sources, Open full page in the chat widget, and the link on a published article in the app all use the new address.
Smaller fixes
- Rin names purchases the way your customer knows them, like “Refund 24.00 on #1001”, and never shows a payment provider’s IDs.
- If a refund or cancellation request can’t be filed, Rin hands the conversation to your team and says so, instead of telling the customer it’s being reviewed.
- Rin only offers a refund or cancellation the order or subscription allows. Stripe subscriptions that are past due can now be canceled.
- While one approval waits on a purchase, another request for the same purchase is turned down, so Rin can’t promise two things at once.
