A reply or note now shows in the conversation the moment you send it, and the reply box is free for the next one straight away.
Rinhelp saves your replies and notes in order in the background, and tries again on its own if the connection drops. If one still can’t be sent, it says Not sent., with Retry and Delete. An email reply stuck sending is sent again, never twice.
