Your AI agent brings articles over into their sections, keeps their order, dates and whether they’re published, and copies their images into Rinhelp. Each article’s old address leads to its new one. Running the import again updates articles in place.

Use Move up and Move down on Help center to change an article’s place in its section.

Conversations

Past conversations come over with their customers, messages, notes, tags, priority and dates, as open or closed. Importing never emails anyone, never runs Rin and never assigns anyone, and running it again only adds what’s new. Imported teammates show by name, imported history counts as read in the chat widget, and messages from an earlier year show the year.
